Monday’s list of arraignments in Crawford County Common Pleas Court included two suspects accused of burglarizing Lucky’s Cash & Carry in Tiro.
Randle Battles of Tiro and Jacob Diemer of Shelby, along with a juvenile, are accused breaking into Lucky’s back on July 25. Both Battles and Diemer entered not guilty pleas Monday. Battles will remain on a personal recognizance bond with an ankle monitor because of health issues. Diemer’s bond remains at $100,000.
Also among the 16 arraigned were Charles Bond of Kentucky and his co-defendant, Robert Byrne Jr. The two are accused of stealing tools and equipment from a barn.
Byrne is being held on $50,000 bond, but Bond entered a plea of no contest and was sentenced to eight months in prison. Bond will also have to any restitution if any is determined by the county prosecutor.
The following people were arraigned on Monday: Randle Battles, felony 2 burglary (personal recognizance with monitor); Charles Bond, felony 5 breaking and entering (pleaded guilty and sentenced to eight months prison); Jacob Diemer, felony 2 burglary ($100,000); Robert Byrne Jr., (felony 5 breaking and entering ($50,000); Zacharia Davis, felony 3 burglary ($200,000); Mikel Knetter, felony 3 burglary ($350,000); Kevin Parker, felony 2 burglary ($150,000); Jamie Hall, felony 5 possession of heroin ($100,000); Anastasia Ely, felony 5 possession of heroin ($100,000); Amber Hall, felony 5 possession of heroin ($500,000); Jerry Brown, two counts felony 5 drug passion for cocaine and oxycodone ($100,000); Eldon Mills felony 5 possession of drugs (personal recognizance); Joshua Rowlinson, felony 5 theft (personal recognizance); Shawn Higgenbotham, felony 3 failure to comply ($25,000); Chad Perdue, felony 5 theft and felony 5 receiving stolen property (personal recognizance); Jamie White, felony 5 theft, (personal recognizance).
