Three people were arrested and jailed Wednesday when the Ohio Adult Parole Authority along with Crawford County Sheriff’s deputies and Galion police officers made two offender home visits.
Forty-five-year-old Bart Kegley and 46-year-old Charlotte Baldridge were arrested at 2750 Klahn Road, Crestline. Kegley is initially being charged with violating community control and Baldridge is charged with drug possession. Authorities seized suspected cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia there.
Kegley was charged and convicted in 2014 of third-degree felony drug possession, fifth-degree felony drug possession and illegal cultivation of marijuana. His sentence in that case was five years of community control, $15,000 in fines and forfeiture of a pick-up truck. Charges against Baldridge in that same case were dismissed.
