A drug investigation came to a conclusion Wednesday afternoon with the arrest of three people at a house on Monnett Street in Bucyrus. The Crawford County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by officers from the Bucyrus and Galion police departments as well as the METRICH Enforcement Unit.

Heroin, cocaine, syringes and cash were seized by officers. Twenty-six-year-old James Shope Jr. and 29-year-old Dustin Nolen, both of Bucyrus were arrested for drug possession, namely heroin.

Twenty-seven-year-old Cordale Davis of Cleveland was arrested on two counts of drug trafficking, cocaine and heroin.

All three men are currently being held at the Crawford County Justice Center pending court appearances.
