Although substance abuse had a role in most of the indictments handed down by the latest Crawford County Grand Jury, burglary was an oft-repeated charge. Of 10 people arraigned on Monday in Common Pleas Court, four face second-degree felony burglary charges which carries an eight-year maximum prison sentence if convicted.

Tracie Hoffman, Gregory Schilling Jr., Tasha Myer and Micah Jones each face one count of burglary, all in unrelated cases. Hoffman is also charged with felony domestic violence.

Kara Ohler is charged with two counts of fourth-degree felony drug trafficking. Judge Sean Leuthold set her bond at $150,000.

Those arraigned Monday, along with the charges against them and their bond amounts are: Zachary McIntyre, F5 false voter registration (personal recognizance); Michael Music, F3 theft and F4 theft ($100,000); Justin Testement, F3 tampering with evidence ($75,000); Tracie Hoffman, F2 burglary and F4 domestic violence (personal recognizance); Heather Grasely, F5 drug possession ($100,000); Michael Massey, F3 weapons under disability, F5 drug possession, F5 drug trafficking, M2 obstruction and M1 marijuana possession ($200,000); Gregory Schilling Jr., F2 burglary ($175,000); Tasia Myer, F2 burglary ($200,000); Kara Ohler, two counts of F4 drug trafficking ($150,000); and Micha Jones, F2 burglary ($150,000).
