Drug cases resulted in guilty pleas and prison sentences in Crawford County Common Pleas Court Monday.
Fifty-two-year-old Ronnie Gerber, of Galion, pleaded guilty to illegal cultivation of marijuana and drug possession, both third-degree felonies. Gerber received a 36-month prison sentence with a reporting date of Jan. 16.

Joseph Strickland pleaded guilty to fifth-degree drug possession and received a 12-month prison sentence. The 38-year-old Crestline man will also have to pay a $1,250 fine.
Fifty-three-year-old Paul Clum, of Galion, pleaded guilty to felony 5 theft. He was given five years on community control and was ordered to pay restitution to Ohio Job and Family Services in an amount to be determined.
Golden Wilson, 36, appeared in court for a community control violation. He admitted to failing to report to his supervising officer on three occasions and possessing alcohol.
“I pretty much went on a binge,” Wilson admitted.
“I’d say so,” Judge Sean Leuthold retorted.
Leuthold ordered Wilson to be continued on community control with the condition that he complete a program at CROSSWAEH in Tiffin.
