Bucyrus police had a busy beginning to the week and arrested three people on Monday in two separate incidents.
Just after 1 o’clock Monday afternoon police were called to the 200 block of Hopley Avenue. There they arrested 21-year-old Megan Dauchenbaugh of Bucyrus on a charge of possession of drugs. Also arrested at that scene was Robert Paynter of Bucyrus.
Paynter was taken into custody as a result of a warrant issued in Crawford County. Both are being held at the Crawford County Justice Center pending their appearances in court.
Later Monday evening police arrested 39-year-old Allen Henry Jr. on charges of violating a protection order. Henry was given a summons to appear in court and released.
