Crawford County Common Pleas Court Judge Sean Leuthold set bond at $2.5 million Tuesday in the second case to hit the local justice system in recent months involving multiple counts of child pornography.
Justin Millhouse II was named in a 24-count indictment by the Crawford County Grand Jury and was arraigned Tuesday. Millhouse is charged with nine counts of felony 2 pandering obscenity involving a minor, six counts of felony 3 sexual battery, and nine counts of felony 2 endangering children.
If convicted on all counts and given maximum consecutive sentences, Millhouse could receive 174 years in prison.
Law enforcement officials confiscated a computer from his home and it is currently being examined for more possible charges.
Jonathan Fletcher was arraigned on a single charge of retaliation, a third-degree felony, but earned a 60-day stay in the county jail for contempt when he uttered an obscenity heard by the judge.
In all, 21 people were arraigned Tuesday and two additional cases remain unserved and unsealed.
Those arraigned Tuesday, the charges against them and bonds set are: Tabitha McGlothlin, F4 domestic violence ($50,000); Gregory Kaple, F4 OVI ($50,000); Clifford Macklin, F3 tampering with evidence, two counts of F5 possession of drugs and M2 obstructing official business ($250,000); Justin Millhouse II, nine counts of F2 pandering obscenity involving a minor, six counts of F3 sexual battery and nine counts of F2 endangering children ($2.5 million); Julia Petrella, F2 burglary ($250,000); Jesse Rutrough, F5 domestic violence ($150,000); Chad Carlisle, F5 possession of drugs ($50,000); Carolina Solano, F2 complicity to felonious assault ($250,000); Michael Shaw, F5 vandalism ($5,000); Chancler Neeley, F2 burglary ($250,000); Myriah Nikolaus, F5 possession of drugs, M2 obstructing official business, M1 unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and M4 drug paraphernalia ($75,000); Bruce Williams, F5 possession of drugs and M1 abusing harmful intoxicants ($15,000); Barbara Boothe, F5 possession of drugs and M4 drug paraphernalia ($150,000); Jonathan Fletcher, F3 retaliation ($100,000); James Baldwin, three counts of F5 theft ($25,000); Zachary Peck, F4 theft and M4 drug paraphernalia ($5,000); Cody Urbine, F4 theft and M4 drug paraphernalia (personal recognizance); Jerry Lee Hoskins II, F5 possession of drugs, MM possession of drugs, M4 drug paraphernalia (personal recognizance); Eugene Sewell Jr., F4 assault on a peace officer and M2 resisting arrest ($100,000); Peter Smith, identity fraud (personal recognizance) and Thomas Thompson, F4 theft (personal recognizance).
